As our QA Lead, you will be the forefront of our quality assurance strategy, fostering a culture of continuous innovation. **Key Responsibilities**:
Lead the development and implementation of new testing processes and methodologies.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in testing practices.

Mentor and develop a team of junior to senior QA professionals.

Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance into all phases of the development lifecycle.

Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in quality assurance and testing.

Mōu - About You

7+ years of experience in software testing with 3-4 years in a leadership role.

A visionary leader who has a proven track record of setting up and optimizing QA processes.

Expertise in Agile testing methodologies and a passion for aligning testing strategies with Agile principles. Hands-on experience with test automation and familiarity with popular tools like Selenium, JUnit, etc.

Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tools, with an ability to integrate continuous testing into development pipelines.

In-depth knowledge of test data management and experience managing complex testing environments.
