**Responsibilities &Duties**:
Our Architects are leaders, not gatekeepers. Working closely with the senior leadership team, Architects build the roadmap of where were going and help keep teams aligned with the product vision.

Principal Architects work closely with each other, project managers, Ops Manager and CTO. This leadership team play to the individuals strengths but are responsible for assisting, leading, developing and managing the staff that develop, support, and maintain technical solutions that ensure overall client satisfaction. This includes system and hardware development, deployment, integration and management.

Principal Architects may have responsibility for leading a small high-performing team. In this capacity, Principal Architects will be responsible for supporting, leading, and developing those within their team and will also be responsible for the teams delivery of technical solutions. You will support the GM Operations to to ensure any HR needs within the team are being met.

You will be supported by the broader group as we employ a One Team Approach to our business. All staff have a responsibility for leveraging their own technical profile to assist in recruiting customers and future employees. You will have to establish strong and productive relationships both within the company but also externally, with customers, vendors,entities, and a range of stakeholders, as appropriate to the position.

We note that for success in this role you must:

- Lead for outcomes, by measuring, supporting and coaching the stuff that really
- Be able to say no, but explain why in terms that stakeholders un
- Be a ruthless prioritiser while balancing the needs of customers and stak
- Bring evidence-based decision-making to your communication.

Other responsibilities may include:

- Serve as a key member of the team that contributes and deliver on the companys strategic direction.
- Support sales in building new customer opportunities/relationships by creating collateral such as demos and case studies and handling exploratory calls with potential customers/partners.
- Identify risks and form contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Be transparent with the team about challenges, failures and successes.
