Due to an internal promotion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly ambitious and motivated team player to progress their career in an equally challenging yet exciting role, as a Business Partner in Gisborne.
We spoke with our Senior Partner, who let us know the following about the role:
**What does a day in the life of a Business Partner look like?**
- New and existing client meetings in the office or off-site in their business.
- Proactively developing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Growing relationships with local professionals and referral networks.
- Undertaking Business Development activities in your local market and attending relevant events.
- Working through funding requirements to help our customers grow.
- Collaborating with a great team to support our customers goals.
**What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?**
We are looking for someone with a great attitude and desire to contribute to a high performing team, and to serve our customers brilliantly
Ideally you will have existing strong business acumen and business development skills, you may already have an established professional network, or a proven ability to grow a network, in order to acquire new business.
To be successful in this role, you will also need to have strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
