As our new Delivery Supervisor, you will be working within the residential maintenance space to ensure that houses are up to the standards for our various programmes. You will be working alongside Kainga Ora, our sub-contractors, customers, and internal teams to deliver on residential works.
You will need to have the ability to adapt quickly and work within a fast-paced fluid environment as we work to ensure we deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Duties include but not limited to:Scoping of Kainga Ora residential propertiesManaging and coordinating a variety of trades to ensure that work is carried out on time and to a high standardQuality assurance of trades workInvoicing of jobsLiaising with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally while providing a high level of customer satisfactionRequirementsTrade knowledge preferred, but not essentialAbility in supervising multiple jobs concurrentlyAbility to communicate authentically with our trades, customers, and client to ensure they understand the vision and outcomesExperience running multiple projects at once and ensuring they meet the strict deadlines preferableAbility to make informed decisions and juggle multiple prioritiesBenefitsVehicle for work useSouthern Cross Medical InsuranceGreat company culture where family mattersFocused but fun team environmentEmployee Recognition programGrowth opportunities within our wider group of companiesAbout the CompanySwitched On Group exists to enhance environments for whanau, businesses and communities across Aotearoa.
