Join us at Asahi Beverages New Zealand and make a real impact We are currently seeking a dynamic Change Partner to play a pivotal role in delivering the change journey for the NZ Transformation program. This comprises of several key strategic initiatives and your role in supporting the successful implementation of systems, processes, governance, reporting and ways of working will enable the organisation to achieve it’s strategic ambition.

Reporting to the Group Head of Change, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, assessing, planning, expertly managing, and effectively delivering the change agenda throughout the organisation.

You will have the opportunity to design, develop, and deliver the change management program, ensuring improved benefits realisation and alignment to the longer term strategy. You will also be responsible for managing external stakeholders such as suppliers, partners and customers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Design, develop and deliver the change management program, including program level engagement and communications
- Ensure improved benefits realisation and outcomes of key projects and initiatives through targeted change management action plans
- Ensure structured & empathetic management of change to all roles within the businesses that are impacted (answering the “what’s in it for me” question throughout the change journey)
- Development or co-co-creation of training programs with vendors/business stakeholders - overall for end users & train the trainer programs
- Development and delivery of change plans for multiple project workstreams, being able to manage competing priorities within scope
- Manage external stakeholder requirements - suppliers, partners and customers

**About You**

You’re a dynamic Change Partner who thrives on having the responsibility of leading organisational transformation and change projects within a large, complex, environment. You’re a skilled communicator who is able to articulate complex information in a simple and understandable manner and comfortable operating in changing environments.

Sound like you so far? We're also looking for:

- Significant experience in supporting large scale change projects associated with business transformation programs/strategic initiatives
- Good understanding on business commercials (P&L)/KPIs and an appreciation of organisational issues/challenges
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action
- Preferably, have supported a change journey for large scale technology adoption program e.g., SAP
- Qualifications in HR, Organisational Change, Business or Behavioural Sciences
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences while also being able to think strategically and translate strategy into action.
