**About the role**
Your management career will thrive at Kapiti Village. You will take pride in in assisting with all aspects of the village, including strategic planning, service delivery, finances, and staff management. This is a part time salaried position working 24 hours per week - 3 days a week.
**Duties include**:
- Demonstrate a respectful style of leadership that facilities operational efficiency, profitability, appropriate people and management practices.
- Maintain appropriate and effective levels of communication and consultation with residents.
- Assist and support the Village Manger in developing business plans for service and product delivery.
- Assist in ensuring risk management is conducted in a professional and proactive manner to minimise any exposure.
- Public/Resident Relations - actively communicate, consult, and manages conflict effectively.
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification desirable
- Must have three plus years in a similar role of a "people business".
- HR and Risk Management experience
- Experience with sales support and strategic planning with strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Exposure to operational and quality management
