Our Online Click and Collect Department are currently recruiting to fill a supervisor's position. In this role you will need to be able to build a good relationship with customers and team, and be able to focus and think clearly under pressure.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable.
- Actively sets, monitors and maintains consistently high standards of customer service.
- Be physically fit, and able to lift up to 20kgs.
- Upholds our store vision, mission and values as well as customer promises.
- Follow Health and Safety Policy, Food Safety Policy and compliance procedures in the store.
- Effectively communicate to team, and customers, and also external clients.

**This** role will be included but is not limited too**:

- Picking online Orders and Locker Loading.
- Dealing with customer complaints and issues.
- Building rapport with our customers and team.
- Following all cleaning procedures and undertaking additional housekeeping as required.
- Assisting in other areas of the store as required.
- Being the leader of the team when the manager or 2IC are not there.

This position will be approximately 30-40 Hours per week, and will include 1x weekend day, and a mix of early starts, or later finishes.
- Successful applicants will be drug tested.
- Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
