**We are looking for a HR Manager in our PAK'nSAVE Kapiti store.**

At PAK'nSAVE Kapiti, we are out here trying to provide a sweet as experience to make life easier for the customer. And now, we are looking for a **People and Performance Manager** to help the store deliver awesome experiences

**The Role**:

- Partner with leaders to provide coaching and mentoring
- Attracting, developing and retaining great people
- Work on the strategic plan for all things people - HR, talent, wellness, capability and culture
- Sitting on the senior leadership team you will help drive the overall performance of the store through culture, strong HR practices, systems and processes and people development
- Look after 220+ personnel
