**HomeOffice Sales Assistant for expansion**:
We're SORUDO, company from the Czech Republic that saves lives and creates heroes for over 20 years with our unique system of self-defense, first aid and resolution of conflict and critical situations.

Your work will help us spread our courses in your country. We already have demand for courses and applicants to become instructor, but in order to expand we need to scale it. You will help us test our sales and marketing and make it more localized.

**We are a fast-growing company from the Czech Republic.**

Currently, we operate in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary but also in Sweden, the Netherlands, Mexico, Brazil and Kenya.

You will work with our Sales Manager for expansion. Help him test various targer groups and give us direct feedback about local customer needs. This is a diverse job that requires fast learning and a high degree of flexibility.

**We'll gladly offer**:

- Fully flexible part-time or fulltime job
- Remote work and homeoffice
- Reward up to **EUR 8-40 / h** (based on country and your skills)+ high commissions
- Flexible time conditions (you only have to fit into the working hours of companies)
- Voluntary participation in internal training (courses not only SORUDO ones but also about business, project-thinking, planning)
- Company phone that you can use even for personal purposes

**We demand**:

- Perfect Native language
- Secondary language: English (communicative level for being able to daily communicate with us)
- Great communication skills, friendly speech and manners.
- Time capacity 3-10h / day (on average)
- Basic experience with sales (courage to pick up the phone and call)

**You can not be afraid of**:

- Daily Cold Calling (For first few months)
- Demanding quota: Minimum 6 calls / every hour
