**He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role**

As a Referral Coordinator within our Housing services, you'll be the first point of contact for social service agencies. As the record keeper of all knowledge, you'll also be the "go-to" person for your secondary whānau and team.

The key focus of this role will have you utilising your strong administration and conversational skills to maintain and ensure a well-documented, seamless, process occurs in all interactions both internally and externally.

While this role is predominately administration heavy, you'll have some engagement in the community, so being able to speak with whānau we serve to ensure their needs have been met will also be a requirement of this role.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:

- Liaise between Housing Navigators and MSD to ensure information is consistent and accurate.
- Provide guidance and support to new Housing Navigators regarding the referral process and record keeping.
- Assist with the internal and external reporting for services.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

- "Tech-savvy" and comfortable using multiple systems including Excel, Microsoft Office.
- The right to live and work in Aotearoa.
- Full New Zealand Driver's License (essential).
