Coordinate the housing needs of incoming international workers, ensuring timely and appropriate accommodations are arranged.

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Housing Coordinator. This is a temporary role focused on supporting the coordination of housing for incoming international workers, including leasing, furnishing, and arranging tooling and personal protective equipment (PPE).

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the housing needs of incoming international workers, ensuring timely and appropriate accommodations are arranged.
- Research and identify suitable properties for leasing, considering factors such as location, budget, and specific requirements.
- Liaise with landlords and property management companies to negotiate lease agreements and secure necessary documentation.
- Oversee the furnishing and setup of accommodations, ensuring they are equipped with essential items and meet the needs of the workers.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to arrange tooling and personal protective equipment (PPE) for workers, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of housing arrangements, lease agreements, and associated documentation.
- Address any issues or concerns related to housing, working closely with the Consulting team and relevant stakeholders to find appropriate resolutions.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to international workers regarding their housing needs during their assignment.

- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
