**The Opportunity**

Visy Logistics, part of the wider Visy Group, is hiring an **Operations Support** to be based onsite in **Onehunga**. Reporting to the Operations Support Team Leader, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Assist in weekly payroll-records driver’s time in and out. Checking e-road for truck activities and drivers e-logsheet to compare Kronos hours.
- Prepare Weekly Bulk Reports and correspondence.
- Order and monitor Office Consumables and driver’s uniforms.
- Assist with month end reporting.
- Responsible for updating the records in the Storage Calculations for Visy Recycling.
- Invoicing of bulk related jobs, VRNZ Transport and Storage, and Dominion Salt jobs.
- Update Glass Weekly Plan and send notification to Intermodal Manager and Business Analyst once done updating.
- Check Storage Sheet and bill the customers once a confirmation from the VGL dispatch team is provided.
- Review shipments in the WIP & Accruals reports under NZB and NZT.
- Monitor and invoice Fiber Fresh jobs weekly.
- Providing back up for Operations Support TL.

**What you will bring to the team**
- At least two years of experience in an Operations Support role or similar.
- Customer service and administrative experience is essential.
- Cargowise or SAP experience would be beneficial.
- A background in Transport.
- Understanding of invoicing/reconciliation.
- IT and computer Savvy.
- Understanding of NZTA fatigue laws.
