**About the role**:
This opportunity is a pivotal support layer, coordinating marketing activities for the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager and the Head of Domestic Marketing. You'll contribute to marketing projects within three of our domestic tertiary schools: NZMA, The New Zealand Institute of Sport and The Culinary Collective.

Some of your key responsibilities will include the following:

- Help coordinate and execute key events like open days and expos
- Managing social media calendar and posts
- Assist in designing or briefing creative for print, digital and OOH marketing assets.
- Support the Web Content team with website updates and copy writing
- Finance Support - raise and receipt PO’s, coordinate budgeting as needed
- Participating in Campaign Activities during campaign mode.

**About you**:

- You have at least 1 years’ worth of marketing magic under your belt and excel at multitasking
- Experience managing social media pages, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Comfortable adding your creative brilliance to projects
- Proficient in design tools like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Canva
- Skilled in assessing and providing feedback on creative concepts
- Effective in liaising with the sales team and business units for key marketing elements Ability to forge strong relationships with core stakeholders: campus staff, sales staff, and finance
