We are seeking a talented and experienced individual who is fluent in te reo Māori and possesses a deep understanding of Māori culture, values and traditions. Join our waka and bring AECOM on a journey.

As a key member of our Clients & Marketing team, you will play a key role in incorporating te ao Māori in our business communications that ensures our messaging, both internal and external, is culturally appropriate, authentic and inclusive, as well as provide advice and guidance on tikanga Māori, collaborating closely with senior leaders, and other department leaders across the organisation to champion and build consciousness and capability in te Ao Māori.

**Qualifications**:

You will be highly collaborative and want to make a change. This role will be very hands-on, so being open-minded and a team player is a must You will also have the following:

- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline or relevant post-graduate qualifications in Communications and/or Marketing
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Be confident and proficient in both written and spoken te reo and tikanga Māori and knowledgeable on Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Be collaborative; willing to share knowledge, experience, ideas and expertise for the betterment of group and self
- Have exceptional relationship management skills, especially with internal senior leadership and rōpū Māori (groups)
- Have experience in building positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and sense of personal initiative
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and get along well with others, and
- Show genuine commitment to making a difference
