Due to considerable increase in clients, sites and an exciting new project in the works, the business is now poised for significant growth. They now need a dedicated and diligent Franchise Audit Compliance Manager to ensure Franchisee compliance to evaluate and mitigate risk.

**About the role**:
The purpose of the role is to successfully conduct Franchise Audits to ensure franchisees are completely complaint with company law including all taxation, Holidays Act and employment legislation. You will develop standard operating procedures to conduct annual audits for over 160+ Franchisees, designed to reduce internal and external risk. You will be tasked with following up with franchisees to make recommendations and provide feedback on effectiveness to the National Franchise Manager.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Planning, assessing, conducting, and leading franchisees audits.
- Development and implementation standard operating procedures for annual franchise audits.
- Liaising with Franchisees to ensure the effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions.
- Auditing Payroll systems dashboard and documenting inspection outcomes.
- Providing feedback to effectiveness of policy and procedure to National Franchise Manager.
- Maintaining motor vehicle register and monitoring use of products.
