This is a unique opportunity to join Infratil as a Treasury Analyst in a permanent capacity. With a market capitalisation of $7.3 billion, a $1.3 billion retail bond programme and over $1 billion of bank facilities, this role will provide broad and varied work. As part of a close-knit team, you will work across the spectrum of the finance function with a primary focus on treasury, cashflow reporting and forecasting. Reporting into the Treasury & Risk Manager, you will be a self-led individual that provides high quality outputs that positively impact the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and monitor Infratil’s Treasury Management system, ensuring transactions are recorded and reconciled promptly;
- Maintain a reconciliation of Treasury transactions against external bank valuation reports on a monthly basis;
- Action term deposits, debt drawdowns, repayments and foreign exchange settlements;
- Analysing and managing the Groups 13 week cashflow forecast and ensuring this is consistent with longer range cash forecasts.,, This will include recommending funding actions, debt tranche drawdowns/repayments or cash deposit rolls as required, and ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements;
- Reconciliation of daily bank transactions to the 13 week cashflow forecast;
- Work with MCO Asset Managers and Portfolio Company Treasury teams to ensure cash forecasts reflect current expectations for capital call and distributions.
- Maintain and monitor the Group’s intercompany loan and capital commitment schedules;
- Provide support to Infratil’s Retail Bond program and Bank Debt funding, including Sustainable Finance initiatives, as required;
- Prepare monthly treasury reporting slides for the Treasury Committee, the Business Performance Report and Audit and Risk Committee Treasury updates, including aggregating and reporting on the group debt position;
- Assist with the preparation of month end journals, reconciliations and trial balances for Infratil’s Corporate companies;
- Support the Infratil finance team in the preparation of the annual and half year statutory accounts for the consolidated Group;
- Assist the team to prepare information for the external auditors;
- Assist the team to prepare Infratil’s Annual Report and Interim Report disclosures; and
- Ensure that effective internal controls and documentation are in place and maintained.

**Key Requirements**:

- An understanding and awareness of the market environment as it pertains to Infratil’s Treasury function;
- Previous corporate treasury risk management experience in a large, listed company environment is an advantage;
- Financial modelling skills including the ability to efficiently and uniformly use Excel for Group reporting and analysis;
