This role requires a high performing individual with proven experience in contributing to the development and execution of supply chain strategies, demonstrated ability to identify performance improvement measures, experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives, as well as strong understanding of global supply chain functions and their related components.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Supply Chain and work with the Chapter Lead Supply Chain Performance to design metrics to better monitor Supply Chain Operations and performance.
- Lead continuous improvement programmes and initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
- Work with the Supply Chain Performance team & Data Analysts to implement and provide accurate and timely reporting and insights on Supply Chain performance, risk, and sustainability for senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and deliver programmes across Supply Chain functions to drive cross functional integration and alignment with Supply Chain strategy.
Your success in this role will be fuelled by your results-driven and continuous improvement mindset, digital capability, critical thinking, leadership capabilities, and influential skills, all complemented by a strong analytical and data-oriented mindset.
