Established in 1948, Norwood is the prominent tractor and machinery distribution group in New Zealand, and represents a portfolio of leading global brands through separate operating divisions, including 18 company owned dealership locations throughout the country from Northland to Mosgiel. Today we supply one in every three tractors sold in New Zealand.

Due to additional workload in our Parts Department, we need a part time (20 hours per week) Administration Assistant for a period of 3 months. Based at our Hastings dealership, you will predominantly be processing a backlog of invoices however will be flexible and willing to provide support to our Dealership and Service Administrators which might include data entry, processing orders and sales requests plus a variety of general administration duties.
**To be considered for this role you will need to have**:

- Enthusiasm and willingness to pitch in and help with a variety of tasks
- Previous administration skills
- Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel and be savvy with learning new systems quickly
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
