Join Te Whatu Ora at a key time of change where you will meaningfully contribute to our kaupapa of creating a more equitable, accessible, cohesive, and people-centred health system. This is mahi that will improve the health and wellbeing of everyone in Aotearoa, and we’ve got opportunities for you to be part of it, supporting local delivery, as a HR Business Partner or as a Senior HR Advisor.
These are critical roles in the Business Partnering team, being one of our most influential functions that supports our People Leaders to run effective departments and services. As part of these roles you will work closely within a dedicated business portfolio in a hands-on operational HR role, working as a trusted advisor on day-to-day HR issues. You will also have input into our HR practices to enhance and develop the ability to deliver sound HR support to our managers. Areas of focus typically are employment relations, change management, workforce planning, recruitment and remuneration.

Te Whatu Ora Nelson Marlborough is the main health provider for Te Tau Ihu, the top of the south. With nearly 3000 employees, we are Nelson and Marlborough’s largest employer. Our main locations are Nelson and Wairau Hospitals, and the Richmond and Marlborough Health Hubs, but we are spread across the region and service all parts of the community.
