**Human Resources Business Partner**

Reporting to the People and Capability Manager, this role of HR Business Partner will work closely with our management teams onsite working between our Richmond office, the integrated Golden Bay Community Health facility in Takaka, and with flexibility to support our Medical and Injury Centre team in Nelson when needed. This HR role offers generalist variety at every level. The operating context includes Collective and Individual Employment Agreement terms, 24/7 health service delivery, managing multi-disciplinary teams across a registered and non-registered workforce, all within the dynamic and evolving primary health sector.

Hours between 0.8 - 1.0 FTE may be negotiated with the successful applicant.
