Mangere based, NZ Family-owned distributer of plastic products, providing innovative, customised, and reusable packaging solutions, assisting customers to optimise productivity and minimise waste.

**About Role**:
You will work closely with the General Manager, Operations and Sales Teams to ensure smooth running of daily operations. You will be able to add great value and play a key role in the success of the company.

**CRM Implementation | Operations Support**
- The focus will initially be to lead the implementation of the new CRM system
- Understand the system and develop and document processes
- Assist with data input into CRM
- Manage ongoing CRM administration
- Provide CRM and Sales procedure training to Staff
- Maintain data integrity of CRM / ERP systems and website

**Client and Sales Support**
- Support Sales team and clients with quality product investigations
- Manage key client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Quote and convert inbound opportunities
- Support the sales team to achieve sales budgets
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting
- Sales systems administration
- Create standard operating procedures
- Work closely with Purchasing and Warehouse on back orders, shipment and purchasing requirements Updating pricing

- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field would be ideal
- Previous operations and sales coordination experience
- Experience with different CRMs and involvement in the implementation / administration of a CRM
- Intermediate level in Excel
- Previous leadership experience is beneficial

- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
