We are seeking an Office Assistant to join the team at one of NZ’s most iconic women’s fashion brands
This role is 20 hours per week, the hours/days of work to be discussed with the successful applicant.
If you possess these traits:
1. Have strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
2. Have experience using MS Office Suite, in particular MS Excel
3. Have great organisational skills and a co-operative manner
4. Are proactive, show initiative and enjoy solving problems
5. Have the right to work in NZ, then we would love to hear from you.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Create and send weekly product markdown list
2. Maintain and order office supplies
3. Place job vacancy ads
4. Fulfill store stationery orders
5. Support for wider accounts and management teams as required
