The Z of 2030 and 2050 needs to look very different to today and joining our newly formed Energy Solutions team as a Kairuruku HōtakaProgram Coordinator will see you suppor our Program and Project Managers in project related activities. This includes reporting, resourcing, and budgeting processes, maintaining documentation, proactively making recommendations to improve efficiency and service delivery, among others.

**This role can be based in either **Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland or Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington.**

**You will have the opportunity to**
- Support the rollout and usage of Energy Solutions Portfolio Project Management Tool, Clarity, across the broader Energy Solutions Team
- Facilitate training, review requirements, and analyse use cases with stakeholders
- Understand the objectives of the implementation, engaging stakeholders and supporting through strong communication
- Coordinate the monthly reporting processes across the Program Management to ensure quality and consistency of information
- Provide project co-ordination support to the Program Managers including building of workplans and validating completion of deliverables with stakeholders
- Respond to and resolve queries and issues to ensure the accurate provision of information and delivery of program activities
- Proactively make recommendations to improve efficiency and service delivery, gain an understanding of the ambition of the Energy Solutions team and drive aligned behaviours
- Support the identification and management of Program level interdependencies and risks
- Actively manage and communicate updates for the Energy Solutions Ways of Working to the relevant stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll bring to Z**
- Proven work experience and track record of a minimum 2 years as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in end-to-end Project management
- Exposure working with different project methodologies and managing portfolio/program budgets
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Exceptional customer focus and communication skills
- Takes pride in achieving success and creation of value for the business.
- Commitment to Continuous Improvement
- The flexibility to travel within Aotearoa and to Australia approximately each quarter

The base salary range for this role is $76,500 to $90,000 per annum, plus 10% bonus based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
