**Customer Service Officer**
- Join a supportive team of 4 as a reputable and integral Customer Service Officer
- Full-time Permanent opportunity in Palmerston North, NZ

**What You Will Do**
**Responsibilities include, however not limited to**:

Print and organise orders from the Customer Service Inbox as directed by the Customer Service Team Leader
- Enter customer orders with a high level of attention to detail
- Liaise with other departments as required to achieve positive outcomes for both our NZ organisation and our customers
- Aid and support on key department activities, initiatives and projects
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge is developed and maintained, of the entire company’s product range
- Demonstrate leadership behaviours that are consistent with company values
**What You Must Have**
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment with a customer-first disposition
- Excellent communication, both over the phone and in person
- Possess a “can do” approach with a genuine desire to work with others in achieving desired outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs and Excel
- Ability to quickly adapt to the use of new computer programs
- Ability to work under guidance and direction, but also demonstrate initiative if an opportunity is identified
- Excellent organisation skills and effective time management to organise and prioritise workloads
- Exceptional interpersonal skills allowing you to develop strong professional relationships across the business, and within the team
- Flexibility and adaptability within the role
