**Your responsibilities**:

- Join us as Service Product Manager for the Electrification Business area where you will play a critical role in developing and expanding our service offerings for the Power Conditioning product lines. You will be responsible for driving the growth of service sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance our service portfolio.
- This position reports to the Service Manager and is based in Napier, New Zealand.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of ABB's Power Conditioning service products, including their technical specifications, features, and benefits
- Collaborating with the product management and engineering teams to develop new and innovative service offerings for the Power Conditioning products, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry standards
- Creating and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Power Conditioning Service department, with a focus on service agreements, maintenance, and spare parts sales
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understanding their needs, challenges, and requirements to offer tailored service solutions
- Staying updated on market trends, competitor offerings, ABB units experience, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of services
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to customers, showcasing the value of ABB's power conditioning services and differentiating them from competitors
- Preparing accurate and competitive quotations and proposals in response to customer inquiries and requests
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports and forecasts to management. Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
- Experience in sales, particularly in the service sales sector. Knowledge of ABB's Power Conditioning products or similar power conditioning systems
- Strong understanding of power electronics and electrical systems. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Willingness to travel as needed
- Readiness to collaborate in various time zones is required
- Experience with CRM software for sales tracking and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
