Warehouse Storeperson

As a Store person, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, loading and unloading, and replenishing stock. If you have experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment and possess a Forklift license, we want to hear from you.

**The role**:

- Immediate start.
- Full-time permanent role.
- Days and Hours of work: 6:00-14:30 (Mon - Fri), 7:00-11:00 (Sat)
- Location: Turner Place, Napier

**The job**:

- You will arrange stock, pick pack orders and keep our Warehouse replenished and organised.
- Accurate picking and packing
- Replenishing stock
- Receiving and unpacking deliveries
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Rotating stock to ensure that it is always fresh
- Checking expiry dates and removing any out-of-date stock
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation
- Adherence to health and safety and food safety standards
- Rotate stock based on FIFO
- Picking and processing orders (outwards goods)
- Some heavy lifting

**The person**:

- You will have some prior experience in a similar role, food industry, or a warehousing environment is advantageous, but not essential.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Reasonably good Literacy and numeracy skills
- Flexible and reliable attendance & transport
- Forklift license and experience
- A good level of computer literacy skills and the ability to pick up new systems
- Honest team player, integrity and reliability are essential.
- Attention to detail and Clear communication skills
