With a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, we pride ourselves on providing customers with exceptional service and on-trend fashion choices.Role Overview:We're looking for a motivational leader to step into the Central Regional Manager position in New Zealand, who radiates style and creativity to represent our Glassons brand. Specifically, we need someone who is driven, goal-orientated and passionate about fashion retail. In addition, energy and a love for excellent service that continually provides our customers with the best shopping experience is essential at Glassons.As the Central Regional Manager, you will be responsible for sales growth through the development of teams as well as ensuring effective rollout of commercial decisions and operational strategies. You will show strong leadership skills, be willing to take a hands-on approach and have the ability to identify current and continuing trends.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Experience success in a high turnover fashion business preferably within apparelMinimum 2 years working within a volume businessDynamic leadership skills and a genuine passion for training and developmentAbility to drive team success through an unsurpassed focus on customer serviceExceptional communication skills both verbal and writtenShow a high attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and multitaskMust demonstrate a positive attitude, take ownership and accountability, be self-motivated and energised as well as show a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the businessMust have a current drivers licenceThis will be a challenging and rewarding role which will see you push the boundaries and think outside the box to achieve.
