The Silver Ferns have a dedicated fan base and are recognised for their skill, athleticism, and sportsmanship on and off the court.

**ROLE SUMMARY**:

- Lead the performance psychology provision for the Silver Ferns and Silver Ferns development squads growing player capability to deliver peak performance under pressure focusing on routines and preparation strategies to prepare individual performance in alignment with the Silver Ferns values of PURED.
- Build and align the performance psychology program across the Netball HP system to strengthen mental health and performance psychology practices for all athletes.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience as a performance psychologist in a high performance environment at international level.
- Relevant Psychology qualifications to post graduate level.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence others to achieve desired results
- Self-directed learner and capable of working autonomously
- Demonstrated record in delivering safe and effective mental health support to individuals
- Demonstrated record in developing and delivering effective performance psychology programmes and initiatives in both an individual and group stetting
- Experience in influencing change in attitudes, behaviours and processes, planning and leading change
- Empathy and passion for sport
- This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of the Silver Ferns campaign through to the 2027 Netball World Cup in Australia and work with some of the world's best Netball talent._
