**Position Description | **Security Officer,** Te Whare Awhiora**

Health NZ Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti is currently recruiting a Security Officer to assist in the smooth running of the Acute Inpatient Mental Health Unit - Te Whare Awhiora.

The role exists to provide an effective and safe service for staff, patients and their families.

**Moū - About you**
- have good communication skills
- have a full clean New Zealand drivers licence
- be physically fit.
- be available from 11am - 7.30pm Monday to Friday, or as negotiated.

In addition, a valid Security ticket and an understanding and respect for patient confidentiality is essential.
