Computer Technician Required

We are looking for Computer Technicians for our company NZ TECH REPAIR LTD in based Gisborne.You will be offered guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week. The employment is for permanent and ongoing. The pay rate will be between twenty eight dollars to thirty dollars per hour depending on skills. Work will be on rotation roaster from Monday to Saturday.

Job Description.

- Diagnosing resolving and repairing hardware software and network
- malfunctions.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving any software and hardware issues.
- Deal with user’s access issues desktop issues and basic issues.
- Setup and configure new desktops and laptops according to customer
- requirement with required software for their smart phones
- Network security to providedetectprevent and solve security threats to
- computer network.
- Repair and replacing peripheral equipment of computers smart phones
- and provide excellent customer service.
- Respond to customer technical enquiries and service request.
- Providing technical support for maintenance and monitoring windows.
- Manage database efficiently by updating information.
- Order required parts after diagnose issue.
- Check that all the products you sell are well displayed.
- Ensure that promotional plans are properly communicated to customers in the aim of soft selling.
- Suggest methods for improving the client base and expanding the business.
- Maintaining health and safety standards and procedures.

Job requirements for Computer technician
- Good verbal communication skills
- Computer hardware and software knowledge
- Computer and IT gadgets diagnostic skills
- Ability to work on Saturday when required.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Relevant Microsoft Office skills
- 6 months of relevant experience is a must
