Enforcement Decision Lead

Significant (10+ years) experience in a regulatory environment, including investigation and compliance activities
- Experience in quality assurance and/or regulatory audit activities
- Experience in building relationships with a range of stakeholders (internal and external)
- Experience communicating regulatory information to senior leaders and/or Court proceedings
- Excellent writing skills, including the ability to prepare files for senior leaders and/or Court proceedings
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and high resilience
- Either holds or has experience need to obtain Enforcement Officer certification through Waka Kotahi
- Previous experience of local and/or central government is preferred.
You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori.
