Auckland Regional Dental Service (ARDS) is a community dental service run by Waitemata District. We provide free dental care to children aged 0-18 years who live in North, West, East, Central and South Auckland. We have many clinics located in schools and in the community, and also provide care in our diagnostic and treatment vans. You can look forward to the chance to progress within our forward thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Patient care assistant to join our service in the N1 team which primarily covers the
**Silverdale, Whangaparaoa, Warkworth, Wellsford, Forrest Hill and East Coast Bay areas.**

The role is suitable for school leavers and those looking to return to workforce.

- Making a difference in your community
- Working in a high functioning team with motivated individuals
- Learning new skills and challenging yourself

The salary range for this position is as per the PSA - Allied, Public Health and Technical MECA and is from $51 820 to $61 602 depending on experience.

The purpose of the Patient Care Assistant role is to:

- Support and assist dental therapists to provide an efficient customer focused service to clients
- Provide administrative support as required
