We are looking for a National Fleet administrator to join our client "A Global Leader in the Transport and Logistics Industry".
- Full-Time Hours - Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm
- Whangarei Base Role
- Temp role for a month
- The pay rate is between $24 to $25 an hour depending on your experience

**The Role (Te Mahi)**

As a National Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for and complete the following duties and responsibilities:

- Setting up new creditors if required.
- Coding and processing of invoices for Carriers and Networks by matching the invoice to the purchase order
- Processing the invoices in on account for payment.
- Monitoring accounts payable for fleet and carrier networks
- Processing Wufoo forms and changes in fleet make-up
- Providing a PO for rental to branches

**Requirements (Whakaritenga)**

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment drug test
- Must be able to pass a MOJ Criminal History Check
- Must have Full License and Reliable transport
- Experience in accounts payable and invoice processing is a plus but not a requirement
- Experience in general administration is a must
