**About the role**

Perfect role if you have a passion for working with people and systems, and enjoy being involved in a portfolio of projects. This role is key to understanding customer ecommerce objectives and requirements, identifying the appropriate solutions, and project manage the implementation through to a successful end result.

Your relationship skills are legendary with decision-makers and you’re a magician in uncovering new opportunities to help their businesses deliver on their eCommerce initiatives and goals.

**Responsibilities**
- In customer proposition, you’ll interlock with Sales and account management, Customer operations and Technology to deliver joined up, effective customer propositions. It’s not about working insularly, it’s about taking everything into account. You’ll be thinking about what works and how to bring the most value to the customer experience, using your knowledge of E-Commerce communities to keep evolving company's offering.
- Find opportunities and make recommendations for investment or operational improvement, relating to product offerings, market trends and requests for new improvements.
- Analyse clients' digital presence to identify areas for improvement, encompassing website performance, UX/UI enhancements, eCommerce functionalities, system integration, and marketing automation
- Design, execute and manage market, competitor and audience research and analysis to deliver insights into guide strategy development
- Effectively present and communicate digital solutions to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

**What do you need?**
- Extensive experience in using data analytical tools to perform diagnostic analysis, mine data for patterns and trends for e-Commerce, and leverage data visualization tools to convey strategic insights in a compelling manner to influence decision-making within the organization.
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, UX/UI Design
- 4+ years of proven experience in a similar role within a Digital Agency managing multiple website projects in parallel for medium-large sized clients.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally with local and global teams. and maintain good relationships with stakeholders (internal and external)
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento.
- Self-motivated and enjoys driving results and growing relationships
