**The Role**

We are looking for a Digital Infrastructure Lead to join our innovative Digital Team to support Douglas's secure network architecture and server infrastructure.

You will be analysing network data communications and infrastructure states to help support and strengthen our network architecture and computer systems infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and ease of use without sacrificing protection.

You will oversee the development, installation, configuration and administration of infrastructure systems and assist in managing project directives such as timelines, budgets and documentation.

You will monitor for possible viruses, malfunctions, vulnerabilities, and errors and troubleshoot technical issues. You will also be involved in acquisition and rollout of new systems.

This position is crucial for maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-performance network environment that aligns with our overall business objectives.

**Are you ready to be part of it?**

**You will be/have**:

- A **DIGITAL** expert - with experience in ITIL, DR planning, and cyber security best practices, MS Power Shell scripting and command line interface skills. You will have in-depth knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows Server, VMWare, and Linux and have excellent knowledge of MS Intune, ClearPass, and vulnerability patch management.
- ** DATABASE & NETWORKING** knowledge - you are familiar with database software, ideally Microsoft SQL Server and are competent with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, dynamic port management, and OSI models. You will have hands-on experience with network routing, VLAN & Subnet architecture, WiFi Access Points, switch management, VPN, and firewall policy management.
- A strong **COMMUNICATOR** - you can communicate across the business, and with people that don't share you level of technical knowledge.
- ** CUSTOMER CENTRIC** - you respond quickly and listen to the needs of the customers.
