Are you ready to take the reins of our digital marketing strategy and help drive impactful customer engagement? Hato Hone St John is looking for a proactive **Digital Marketing Lead** to spearhead our digital campaigns, marketing automation, and customer journey personalisation. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing and keen to make a difference in the community, this role is for you

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to align on campaign objectives and deliver engaging content that drives customer retention and acquisition.
- ** Optimisation & Reporting**: Leverage **Google Analytics 4** to track campaign performance and extract actionable insights. Regularly report on digital marketing efforts and suggest improvements to optimise customer engagement and ROI.
- ** Website & Content Management**: Oversee web content refreshes, ensuring user-centric designs and easy-to-navigate content that align with business objectives.

**Qualifications** What You’ll Bring**:

- ** 4+ years of experience** in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEM, SEO, and paid media channels.
- Proven experience with **marketing automation** platforms (e.g., **Salesforce Marketing Cloud**, Personalisation, Pardot) and CRM systems.
- Strong experience in **web analytics** (GA4) and using data insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex marketing strategies into simple language for various teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude, with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
- Experience in **paid digital media** and campaign delivery, including managing custom audiences and retargeting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and with external agencies.
