**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our ICT Architecture team. In this critical role, you will deliver architecture and design services to product teams and projects, providing expert guidance on best practices to achieve desired outcomes while aligning with our ICT strategies and road maps.

**The Impact**:
Your contributions will significantly enhance the alignment of our ICT initiatives with strategic goals, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. You will play a pivotal role in guiding product teams and projects, leveraging your extensive experience to navigate complex challenges and deliver innovative architectural solutions.

**About you**:
You'll have relevant professional or tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, with over 8 years in the IT industry. Your background includes site implementation experience, and you are adept at acting as a technical liaison among various internal organisations. Proficiency in interpreting business and technical requirements and experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate modelling are desirable. You'll possess a pragmatic approach, extensive project management skills, and the ability to lead others. Your familiarity with approval cycles, consulting methods, and Agile Architecture environments will be advantageous. Integrity, high professional standards, and the ability to foresee organisational impacts of your decisions are essential. As you'll be working closely with key stakeholders an ability to build and maintain strong work relationships is essential, as are strong communication skills. Due to the nature of our business and the pace in which we operate you will also require effective time management skills and be flexible to adapt to our ever-changing environment.
