**Te Mahi - About the job**
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Operations team while supporting the broadcast operations of RNZ National, Concert, Pacific and Tahi
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of studio facilities and associated support equipment
- Ensure that the varied technology required by programme makers is delivered and aligned to users’ expectations and is continuously reviewed for areas of improvement
- Perform testing and user training
- Ensure high standards that conform to current broadcast practice are met across all RNZ content platforms

**Ōu Pūkenga - About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification (or working towards gaining relevant qualifications) in electrical (RTC, NZDE, BE etc.) or IT Network Administration, or equivalent experience
- Sufficient audio, video, and operational experience
- A broad knowledge of broadcast radio systems, especially “audio over IP” systems, studio, field & OB
- Proven ability to provide support within a complex 24-7 / 365-day business environment
- An ability to stimulate and encourage learning in others
- Good organisational ability; with particular emphasis on time management and prioritisation, and on clear and effective record-keeping
