Ozone Coffee Roasters are looking for a seasoned coffee professional to join our Customer Relationships team as an Account Manager | Barista Trainer, looking after the lower North Island.

Ozone Coffee have Roastery's in New Plymouth, Auckland and London.
Your role will be looking after new and existing wholesale clients from New Plymouth across to Napier and down to Wellington.

This is a fast paced, diverse and fun role
You will need to be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment on a daily basis.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for supporting our wholesale customers, training café baristas and contributing to the on-going growth of Ozone Coffee Roasters.

**Do you have the following skills and experience to take on this role?**
- Confident and personable with a strong ability to initiate, nurture and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Industry insight, attention to detail and be driven in a competitive market
- Proactively pursue new business sales opportunities as well as responding promptly to all account enquiries
- Excellent customer management experience within coffee or hospitality industry preferred
- Passionate about coffee, the hospitality industry and keen to support our customers to grow a profitable and sustainable coffee business
- Strong initiative, motivation and self-management skills.
- Able to communicate orally and in writing with a diverse range of people.
- Proven barista skills and basic technical knowledge of espresso machines and equipment
- At least three years’ experience in the hospitality industry including senior level barista experience and customer service / sales skills
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout New Zealand (with a full driver’s license) as required to meet customer training and account management expectations of our customers

Ideally this role will be New Plymouth based but we are happy to consider another home base for the right person.
