Reporting to Site Management, your skills and experience in successfully leading and working on site, undertaking tasks such as Roading, Building Pad Preparation, Drainlaying, CST work, and General Services is essential.

**What you need to be good at**:

- Coordinating and administering construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
- Compiling project budgets, work programmes, materials and subcontractor pricing and review tender compilations prior to submission.
- Cost control and work performance management.
- Developing strong relationships and communication links with key stakeholders.
- Following correct safety procedures and embracing a Health and Safety culture.
- Preparing and monitoring site documentation as required to ensure all environmental, health and safety and quality policies are upheld.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
- Leadership promoting a friendly climate, good morale, and cooperation.
- Willing to get your hands dirty.

**What skills or qualifications you need to have**:

- Degree in Engineering (Civil) or Similar
- Between 3-5 years experience in a civil construction field
- Experience in management of Design & Construction projects
- Proven ability in project planning and resource management
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
