We are Tu Ora Compass Health; we are committed to improving health outcomes for our communities through effective primary health care being the largest primary health organisation (PHO) in the Wellington region, incorporating Wellington City, Porirua/Kapiti and the Wairarapa. Our primary mental health services are focused on delivering culturally appropriate interventions.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Practice Relationship Manager to assist with delivering an excellent patient experience. This is to cover Maternity Leave.

**About the role**:
In this role, you will be a key person responsible for supporting General Practices by providing practice management advice and support throughout the wider Wellington and Wairarapa areas.

You are someone who can build and maintain sound relationships between Tu Ora Compass Health Providers and General Practice staff, to ensure contractual obligations and quality standards are met. In addition, you will be looking to develop and maintain effective communication strategies, develop and support annual General Practice plans, business structures and strategies and provide business crisis management to General Practices where required.

**About you**:
You are someone with exceptional communication, presentation and time management skills - you can bring energy and enthusiasm to the role in conjunction with your superior business acumen. You will also have experience working in, or with, General Practice environments.

With working knowledge of Medtech and other Practice Management Systems, you are a genuine problem solver who is flexible, adaptable and resilient. You have proven financial and business experience within a primary care environment and the ability to analyse and report clearly and concisely on complex information.
