Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
As a Trainer, you will develop, deliver, and evaluate training interventions and professional development programmes that enhance the skills and knowledge within our Customer Support Centres (CSC). In this role, you will support the implementation of new service offerings as well as programmes designed to maintain staff effectiveness. You will also play a key role in quality assurance of the team's function, ensuring compliance, delivering excellence, implementing new policy announcements into the CSC and supporting the management of the Knowledge Base.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in adult education, coupled with proven training experience in an adult learning environment
- Experience in developing, building and evaluating learning programmes
- An understanding of management practices, and of people leadership
- Experience within a Contact Centre or customer-facing environment is advantageous
