We are currently on the lookout for an awesome **Executive Assistant **to join our Albany based Support Centre to support our** Chief Marketing Officer.** This is an exciting opportunity for a **professional, super organized, proactive** and **self-sufficient** individual with **excellent communication skills** (written and verbal).

**This is a multi-faceted role where the successful person will have the following**:

- Minimum 3 years' Executive Assistant experience - ideally within Marketing.
- Process improvement.
- The ability to take the initiative and find ways to free up your exec’s time.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills (basic project management is desirable).
- Comfortable preparing meeting agendas, content and minutes, along with associated travel and audio-visual requirements.
- Ability to remain calm in high demand situations and think on your feet.
