The Auckland Co-design Lab (The Lab) has an exciting opportunity available for a Systems Learning Lead. As a unique collaboration between local and central government, The Lab is nested inside The Southern Initiative (TSI) at Auckland Council. The Auckland Co-design Lab operates at the intersection of local and central government, facilitating transformative initiatives and building practice-based evidence that reshapes how government engages and supports the wellbeing of our communities.

**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**

In the role of Systems Learning Lead you will be responsible for driving our systems learning practice which helps support a learning approach between communities and public sector teams. Your role will involve championing and developing the practice and tools, helping to embed them internally and with our partners to encourage and track systemic level change. As a Systems Learning Lead, you will utilise your expertise to shape and guide learning platforms that contribute to the betterment of our communities, building and sharing practice-based evidence developed through this way of working.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will support the development of learning platforms, tools and approaches aimed at transforming government

support for community wellbeing.
- You will support the development of learning platforms recognise and value mātauranga Māori as a key

component of our innovation and learning systems, and practices.
- Your will utilize your understanding of systems, innovation and evaluative practice to strengthen and support

collective work around systems change
- You will collaborate with a range of partners to grow and embed a learning approach and to build and share

practice-based evidence for community-led ways of working
