Temporary Team Administrator position coordinating responses to Official Information Act requests**Your new company**
This Public Sector organisation is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their Policy team with coordination of information in response to requests in line with the Official Information Act. This role is to offer an extra set of hands in a project currently being rolled out, and will be for an initial period of 3 months with the likelihood of an extension.
The team is looking for someone to start as soon as possible so would be ideal for someone approaching the end of a contract or looking to enter or get back into the temp market.
**Your new role**
This is a Team Administrator position, supporting the Policy group with administrative tasks and coordinating information to respond to requests in line with the Official Information Act.
You will also provide back up to the Project Coordinator, proof-read documents for grammar and word flow, prepare induction kits for new starters and assisting with arranging group social activities.

This role is paying significantly above the market rate for a Team Administrator position, due to the involvement with OIA/Ministerials, so is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take a step up in their career. It also offers the chance to get experience in project work in the Public Sector, as you will be providing back-up to the team's Project Coordinator and provides a foot-in-the-door for someone looking to work in projects in the future.
