**What will you be doing?**

We're on the hunt for an experienced recruiter to step into the **Talent Acquisition Advisor** role in our People Team

Working in the People Team, the focus of the role is to partner with our internal customers to deliver quality talent attraction techniques and ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time to support our exciting phase of growth at Orion Health globally. This end to end role will include recruitment across the full spectrum of IT roles and include non-technical roles. The work you do and roles you recruit will have a global reach across Asia Pacific; New Zealand, Australia and Thailand.

A key focus of our People Team is the value we add; working as one team partnering with our business, wherever they are, forming strong relationships with hiring managers, getting to know who they are, what they do and helping to support their talent acquisition and workforce planning. Your role will be to coach and advise them through the recruitment process to deliver the best outcomes.

As part of a wider People Team we’re always exploring the latest tools, technologies and processes to ensure we are pushing the boundaries to come up innovative recruitment marketing and employer branding solutions to help support our business. Come get stuck in with us

**What will you bring to the role?**
- **Skills**:You are no stranger to LinkedIn Recruiter, and if you have experience with Greenhouse ATS, even better We operate in the G-Suite and love our MacBooks, so if they are your forte, you’ll take to the tech like a fish to water. Last but not least, communication skills - if you are skilled in talking shop with developers, then this is the role for you
