**YOUR ROLE**

CEVA Logistics is looking for a driven and focused Customer Service Representatives at our facility located in Rosedale, North Auckland. In this role you will focus on an end-to-end process to support operational and customer requirements focusing on any escalations and customer queries.**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
- Identify potential customer needs and opportunities to grow the business whilst setting clear and achievable expectations with customers.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we are adding value to their business.
- Continually look for ways to improve business process, skills, and techniques to better support the team and business.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Previous quote desk and experience in a technology environment
- Ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels
- Thorough customer service, with the willingness to provide exceptional service skills
- Good written and verbal communication, customer service / management, and influencing / negotiation skills
- Bonus: Previous customer service and/or call center experience in a telecommunication industry.
