**The Role**

Provide practical insights derived from the interrogation and interpretation of data and research by reporting and insights to help drive campaign efficiency and optimisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- To support marketing to deliver digital analytics and useful insights to key stakeholders
- End-to-end analytics from tracking, analysing, visualising to insight generation using sources of commercial, product and behavioral data
- Ensure appropriate pre and post campaign reporting is in place to track the effectiveness of key campaigns and activities
- Craft and manage robust dashboards using Tableau to provide visibility on customer behaviour, campaign performance, and sales metrics
- Ensure quality control and oversight of reporting output
- Multi-functional collaboration with data platform teams and other internal analytics colleagues
- Provide analytical support within the team
- Support the business with adhoc analysis to solve business problems

**What You'll Bring**:

- 5+ years previous experience in digital analytics, analytics development and or data analysis
- Demonstrable experience of driving insights from data and presenting the findings to different sets of stakeholders
- Solid understanding of SQL with the ability to connect data from different sources
- Experience in using Tableau, Google Analytics, and some exposure to Snowflake and A/B testing
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Hands on experience working with large, complex data sets
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and ability to prioritise
- Marketing analytics experience is advantageous
