Our Business Partners work in collaboration with our People Solutions teams who deliver operational and tactical support such as day-to-day people needs like employee benefits, hiring new staff, or processing new contracts

As part of our Business Partnering team, you will work with our most senior teams on the strategic people initiatives that are critical to the delivery of our long-term ambition in areas like high-performing teams, culture and engagement, strategic workforce planning, and talent.

**About the 12-month fixed term contract**

As our trusted People & Culture Business Partner on this
- **12-month fixed term contract **you will be work with our broad, diverse and complex Innovation & Brand and Strategy & Optimisation portfolios. You’ll deliver our Fonterra people strategy aligned to our business strategy and bespoke portfolio drivers through leading programmes of work to support performance and engagement through our talented teams.

Working in partnership with a range of key internal stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in designing, deploying and delivering initiatives that target the needs and opportunities aligned with our strategic priorities.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your key areas of focus will include:

- Fostering positive organisational culture through the implementation of initiatives
- Partner on change interventions, facilitating organisation design and process outcomes that ensure functions are well positioned to deliver against strategic priorities.
- Contribute to the design of the core P&C value drivers that support the business strategy outcomes.
- Act as an advocate for the use of Āwhina and champions the role of the People Solutions teams

**About you**

We are looking for someone who is passionate about partnering with leaders to drive change. You will be a strong communicator and be able to quickly build relationships and influence across a range of stakeholders. Your strategic mindset and previous experience building trusted partnering relationships will enable you to develop high performing and collaborative business relationships.

We want to hear from you if you have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar.
- Ideally demonstrable experience across change processes, D&I and culture driven initiatives
- Confidence in consolidating HR strategic disciplines such as workforce planning, building capability and high-performance teams and cultures into integrated programs of work that meet business needs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- An ability to use data to identify business insights and develop actions
