The Role

As a Chapter Member in People Experience, you will support the delivery of people operations and payroll, provide people systems support, and contribute to experience projects. You will be at the forefront of all aspects of people experience, including payroll and operations, top-tier people systems, and employee value propositions. You will navigate a dynamic, agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive sustainable change through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing employee queries regarding HR and payroll.- Reviewing NZ payroll reports and arranging approvals. Liaising with outsourced payroll vendors for end-to-end payroll delivery and support.- Supporting multiple payroll and HR operations projects, including annual remuneration and remediation projects.- Driving continuous improvement and innovation.- Managing payroll vendors.- Supporting the review and implementation of systems and people experience initiatives.- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.- Continuously reviewing systems and processes to ensure compliance with legislation.- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity for employees and leaders.- Assisting in delivering projects with a compliance focus.- Fostering partnerships with a broad range of teams, leaders, employees, and suppliers.

What You Bring:
- Strong working knowledge and experience in Excel.- Understanding of payroll legislation (NZ and/or AU).- Analytical and HR systems skills (Workday preferred) with the ability to work through data and identify outliers.- Demonstrated communication and engagement skills.- Ability to distil complex concepts into easy-to-understand communication for leaders and employees.- Confidence in working with and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
